iscsi target with tgtadm to share /dev/sdb10 for voting disk

hi

i am new to iscsi.can you say what is naming in
tgtadm lld iscsi op new mode target tid=1 --targetname iqn.2001-04.com.example:storage.disk1.amiens.sys1.xyz

ie.iqn.2001-04.com.example:storage.disk1.amiens.sys1.xyz

my node name is rac-1.sayan.com and rac-2.sayan.com what it could be then?
i want to share /dev/sdb10 between rac-1 and rac-2 for voting disk (offering block dev)can i do that?
