is window server 2019 supported OS for Oracle XE 18C

Hi,

we are planning to install Oracle XE 18C on is window server 2019 but as per the document the OS is not supported, can someone confirm on this and what are the options for us means in that case we need to install XE 21C which is supported on window server 2019. please confirm
