Is there way to mask the value of a user entered parameter at runtime for a concurrent program ?

Hi,

We are Oracle E-Business R12(12.2.3). We have a requirement where we need to mask the value entered by a user for a concurrent . I know Oracle does not have a straightforward way to do it as of now.

Can anyone suggest a workaround for the same?
