Is there substitute for IBM WebSphere MQ

oemar01Oct 31 2013 — edited Nov 6 2013

Hello,

We are a large Oracle shop and exchange files with outsiders through a secured network. As part of improving our shop to exchange files we are strongly considering WebSphere MQ MFT which from what I understand is a very good product.

I am trying to find out if there is alternative to do comparison before proposing to the decision maker, I find out Oracle AQ work in conjunction with WebSphere MQ for example it shares Global Logical Unit Of Work but not with WebSphere MQ MFT. We are considering WebSphere MQ MFT because we are sending files not only messages. I also do not think Oracle AQ could substitute WebSphere MQ MFT.

I appreciate if anybody could point out to the right direction, Thank you.
