I've started my autonomous database 4 times today. It keeps on stopping by itself. there is no planned maintenance.
If this is just me, can somebody show me how to access Autonomous Database instance logs on Oracle Cloud.
I have not made any modifications to the database - I just use it to host the automatically provisioned Apex instance..
