Is there any limit on size of Oracle reports generated through rwservlet ?? - VGS-1701: Not enough m

Is there any limit on size of Oracle reports generated through rwservlet ?? . I have a report which is of size 150 MB and when it is ran via rwservlet . I get an error

REP-1800: A formatter error occurred.

VGS-1701: Not enough memory.

I am using BUFFERS=9999 keyword as well accordning to oracle support but still no success . Even the REPORTS_TMP path is having more than 6 GB of free space .

I am wondering since max value of BUFFER is 9999 which is in KB hence the max file size can be 9.99 MB ??

Your suggestion please .
