Is there any impact on database operation(11.2.0.4) where the log_mode is set to NOARCHIVELOG and FO

Hi Experts,

We are performing datapump import for quite a large number of schemas. To improve the import performance, we asked DBA to change the log mode from archive to no-archive log, but the DBA left force logging enabled. Wonder, whether still this is not going to help much on import performance, or, force logging is irrelevant when the database is in noarchivelog mode.

Any suggestion/thoughts will be much appreciated?
