You probably know the configuration we have to do in SOA for transaction timeouts. The one that looks like "SyncMaxWaitTime < EJB < JTA Transaction Time out". I've done some searching on the maximum time to allow for these timeouts and I can't find any recommendations. I've personally set JTA to 3600 (1 hour) and haven't seen an issue.
Since I can't find a best practice. In your experience, what is the most you've seen set?
