Is there an equivalent of (MS SQL's ) SQL Profiler in Oracle

Hi,

I'm aware of something called SQL Profiler in SQL Server which can be used to monitor stored procedure calls from a client application like .NET. Is there any equivalent in SQL Developer or Toad which can do the same thing or perhaps a oracle package. Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated,
