Hello - Hoping to get some advice relating to database migration. We are currently implementing a new case management application (Oracle DB) and need to migrate the data from the old case management application to this new application. In the legacy (old) app, there are PDFs attached to the cases. In general, is there an automated method to move/migrate the PDF attachments from the cases in the legacy app to the cases in the new application? Are there specific tools available to help with this?
I understand we could manually download and save the PDFs from each case in the legacy app then upload them to those same cases in the new app, however, with the amount of cases and PDFs this manual process would take too much time and manpower.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
