Is there a way to get APEX version updates to an ADB configured as a private endpoint?

Hi all,

I created an ADB (ATP, 23ai) as a private endpoint last year as per the vanity URL tutorial: https://blogs.oracle.com/apex/post/introducing-vanity-urls-on-adb

However, I've noticed just recently that the APEX version still says what it was when I first deployed in June (24.1.7). This is a problem as I'm trying to deploy an app from a newer ADB which is on 24.2.0 - and it's giving an error message that there may be calls made by the new app which don't exist in 24.1.7. It hasn't come up before, I'm guessing because the 24.1.X updates were compatible.

The problem: When I go into the admin services for the private endpoint ADB's apex instance, it thinks it's up to date. I'm assuming this is to do with the private endpoint - but I can't find any docs on how to get updates to private endpoint ADBs.

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, any help is appreciated.
