Is there a way to display Vertical Resource Calendar view in oracle apex(21.2)?

I have a requirement to show a calendar view with all the resources aligned vertically and their schedules in Monthly, Weekly and daily basis like below screenshot.

I cannot use fullcalendar(FullCalendar - JavaScript Event Calendar) as these features comes under premium version. I am looking for any inbuilt or free plugins which satisfies the requirement. Kindly Suggest.
