Is there a way to access Server Management Screens using LDAP access when GTWY is using DB authentication?

We are on 22.x and We might be hitting following issue,

Not Able To Navigate To Administration - Server Management Views After Installing 8.1.1.3 Fixpack (Doc ID 1264583.1).The Doc suggests the following "

the object manager is configured to used LDAP authentication, the

Gateway Server should be also configured to use LDAP authentication, or

alternatively a database authenticated URL should be used by the Siebel

Administrators to perform administrative tasks on Server Admin views."
