Is there a pre-built VM with just Oracle Linux?
884659Feb 18 2013 — edited Feb 25 2013I want to try out installing Oracle Database 11gR2 on a Virtualbox without going through installing Oracle Linux in a Windows Host so I'm looking for a pre-built VM with just Oracle Linux. Most of the VMs available in Pre-Built Developer VMs (for Oracle VM VirtualBox) http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/community/developer-vm/index.html already have Oracle Database installed. It seems that my only choice is to use Enterprise Java Development VM. I notice there is something called Oracle VM template but it does not seem to be for Virtualbox. Thanks for any help.
