Is there a limit to the number of level 0 members that can be displayed in the member selector

In a runtime prompt (rtp) we have placed this limit: @RELATIVE("Top Member", 0).
The business rule uses this rtp.
When member selector is displayed to pick the value for this rtp we do not see any members, only the root of the dimension.
Other smaller dimensions work fine so I'm wondering if there is a limitation in the system. The level 0 members are over 10,000.
