Is there a Javascript Apex "Ready" event when Apex page is completely rendered?

Hi!

I have the problem, that when jQueries "ready" funktion is triggered not all Apex elements have finished rendering.

Example: I have a tab container on the page. When the "ready" function is triggered the tab container is still not

completely rendered. Same with regions: I cannot change the reghion title because it does not exist at that time!

I know there are some Javascript events in Apex, but I could not find one which is triggered when the Apex page

is ready.

Any Ideas? We use Apex 5.1.
