Is there a "GUI" for viewing my Oracle DB?

Back in the day I used 9i a bit....there was somethin like an "Enterprise Manager" or whatever.....
I could fire it up, point it at my database instance & "See" it... create, edit tables & triggers & such.
I could even view data....

I know, I know, "real" DBA's & users chew-the-SQLPlus-leather...well....I'm lazy :-)

Can't seem to find anything like that in the 11g install menu....anything out there...or did I miss it during install?

EDIT..Oh yah...if its "SQL Developer" I can't get that workin. It asks me for the "Full path to java.exe". I tried browsing to where
Java.exe is but it fails saying "Cannot find a J2SE SDK at path: C:\ yada yada blah blah"
