Is there a good place to report bugs?

In APEX 24.1.1, when editing code in the AppBuilder, you can no longer use Ctrl + Arrow Key to move from word to word. Works everywhere else but not in the code editor.
I created an interactive grid on a page and exported it to PDF and saw that the title it gave to teh gris was the name of the grid in the App Builder. I then changed the name in the app builder. It does not change the name in when exported. Tried it about 15 different ways. Reloaded the page, went off the page and back on, even logged out and back in as well as launching the page from AppBuilder. No joy. Title never updates.
Filtering in an interactive grid using “in” or “No Equals” does not seem to be working on column that is displaying text but it is actually a select list.
When entering longer text items in rich text format page item the cursor and where you are typing in the text get disconnected. The longer the text string the more disconnected it seems to get.
