Is there a 32 bit MySQL for 64 bit RedHat Linux 7

GSalisburyFeb 13 2018 — edited Feb 14 2018

As per Subject: Is there (how to find/where to get) a 32 bit MySQL for 64 bit RedHat Linux 7?

We're having to install [a] MySQL instance to satisfy the requirements of another product.

The installation is on a 64 bit RedHat Linux 7 box but the product needs 32 bit libraries.

So far every path we've followed always seems to bring us to an install of 64 bit MySQL.

We need a 32 bit install.

We must be going about this in the wrong way or are flat-out not recognizing what's in front of us.

Where can we find?

How do we get?

What do we have to do?

To install a 32 bit version of MySQL on 64 bit RedHat Linux 7.

The product in question seems to have linkage requirements for MySQL.

We don't plan on taking those paths in usage so realistically we probably really only need the shareables and maybe archives and includes for oddballs.

Any help or pointers or direction would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Geo.
