Is this a valid statement on the part of to_Date?
update mytable
set transaction_date=TO_DATE('07-APR-23 00:00:00', 'dd/mon/yy hh24:mi:ss')
,processid=2836598
where school_year=2023
I see the result looks like ‘07-APR-23’ if I do a select transaction_date from mytable after the update,
Or it has to be:
set transaction_date=TO_DATE('07-APR-23 00:00:00', 'dd-mon-yy hh24:mi:ss')
