is Sunfire 440 binary compatible with E-450?

Is the Sunfire 440 server binary compatible with E-450? Can I simply copy files to transfer Oracle from the E-450 to the SunFire 440? this assumes I can shutdown the DB on the E-450 while I do it, and that the file system structure on the SunFire 440 will match 100% the one on the E-450.

if not, then is this just like a transfer to a different make machine, install Oracle on 440, export from E-450 and import on the 440?
