Hi,
I used to work with oracle database 12c . Since we did not have diagnostic pack, we used statspack for performance diagnostic and tuning.
I stopped working with oracle database at the end of 2015.
We're now 2021, I'm wondering if statckpack is till relevant with oracle database latest version 19c or oracle has a new tools that does not require additional license.
