RDBMS version: 11.2.0.4
Operating System : RHEL 6.9
DB Type : Standalone
I have a DB which went to production last month. Linux team wanted to urgently patch this DB server.
So, I shut down this DB for OS level patching. Lot of packages including kernel packages were patched. Then I brought up the DB and the listener without any issues. But, now I realized that I hadn't executed the relink script provided by oracle. Should I get a downtime and shutdown the DB and run the relink script ?
