Is orasbt.dll unloaded dynamically after a RMAN backup?

Just looking for an official confirmation of the following:

"Newer versions of Oracle (9i and above) should dynamically load and unload the SBT library as needed, but in rare instance reportedly do not."

Monitoring Oracle in Process Explorer, this seems to be the case. However, I wasn't able to find this as an "official" statement in any notes, articles etc. on Metalink.

If anyone could confirm the dynamic unload of orasbt.dll by RMAN, or point me to some document, that'd be great.
