Is Oracle UCM an alternative to LinkWorks?

Hi!

I hope here is anyone who knows LinkWorks (Digital) - a very old workflow, messaging and groupware software system. One of our customer want's to renew this system and is looking for alternatives.

Is Oracle Enterprise Content Management an alternative choice? Or has Oracle any other software for migrating from LinkWorks???
