Is ORACLE_HOME\ODP.NET\bin\2.x\Oracle.DataAccess.dll for .net 4?

Hi all,

I installed Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.1.0, and there's an Oracle.DataAccess.dll in directory ORACLE_HOME\ODP.NET\bin\2.x, is this DLL for .NET Framework 4.0 or for other version?
If it's not for .NET Framework 4.0, how could I install ODP.NET for .NET 4.0 into the ORACLE_HOME\ODP.NET directory?
