Assalam-O-Elikum friends

Friends i m using Oracle Form 10g 10g 10.1.2.0.2
anyone tell me
Is oracle application server required for call form 10g 10.1.2.0.2 on local network..
My database is installed in machine1 and all forms are created in machine1
I just want to call form from machine2
on local network how can i call form ..
