Is oracle 19c compatible with RHEL9

I am facing below error while installing oracle 19c on rhel9

[WARNING] OUI-67200:Make failed to invoke "/usr/bin/make -f ins_net_client.mk client_sharedlib ORACLE_HOME=/u01/db OPATCH_SESSION=apply"....'/usr/bin/ld: cannot find /usr/lib64/libpthread_nonshared.a genclntsh: Failed to link libclntshcore.so.19.1 make: *** [ins_net_client.mk:143: client_sharedlib] Error 1'

can some one explain if there is any fix for this ?
