Is OpenSSL CVE-2021-3711 backported in Oracle Linux 8.10

Hello Experts.

We have Oracle Linux Server 8.10

Can anyone confirm if CVE-2021-3711 is backported in OpenSSL version “OpenSSL 1.1.1k ”

As When we check changelog of OpenSSL 1.1.1k from server using command “rpm -qa openssl --changelog” it only shows for CVE-2021-3712 but no information about CVE-2021-3711.

Appreciate if any one can confirm if CVE-2021-3711 backported ? and provide reference link.
