Is ODBC driver FIPS 140-2 compliant?

Hello, is the Oracle ODBC (any) driver considered as FIPS 140-2 compliant? Or does it consume modules that are compliant? I found this document pointing to FIPS 140 only, without any ODBC appearance whatsoever => https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/security/fips140-software-validations-1703049.html#DB
