Is it possible to use multiple ORDS instances (in different tomcat servers) with a same database ?

I have a regular on premise oracle APEX installation and I'd like to install a second ORDS on a different tomcat server on a different physical server.
Is it possible to install this second ORDS pointing on the same database ?
