is it possible to update the binary of an existing document reference and if yes, then HOW?

My goal is to change the existing binary of document reference.

while I'm trying to test PUT /DocumentReference/:id, I'm getting status code 200, but the binary is not getting updated. I agree that it modifies the document status to "entered in error," but I'm concerned about the unchanged binary aspect.

Please help!
