Is it possible to split a String into 3 or more pieces

Hi,

Good Morning Everyone

Can we split a string into 3 pieces in SQL ?

Column name is maild id :  shamdba@accenture.com

                               | col1           |  col2    |  col3            |    col4   |

                     --------------- |----------|------------------|-----------|

I need output like   | shamdba       |   @      |  accenture       |   .com    |
