Is it possible to send an email with a cascading LOV item type ?

Hi,

Under Oracle APEX 24.2.10, I have an item type LOV which is populated by another father list. It is the email adress of the first select list. I would like an email to be send to this second LOV named P24_MAIL_BENEVOLE. I have put the “Cc” field of the message to be send with the variable :

But the the mail is not send, even thouh the email adress is correct. How to overcome this problem ?
