Is it possible to plot points on the ADF Geographical Map

I have a table that has information on hurricane data. I want to show the path of a hurricane using the ADF Map Component.
The data has long/lat co-ordinates for specific hurricanes. I know I can put this data on the map, but can I add plotting between the points on the map?
Is this possible using the ADF Map.
