Is it possible to join dimension tables which are joined to 2 fact tables in BMM layer?

Hi All,
Please find the below Physical and logical joins, the data in OBIEE was visible for fields of both dimension tables when it was joining only to Case fact in BMM. But after I joined the 2 Dimension tables to Service Request Fact aswell, after which data is not showing for Dim_WC_SPLN_SRV_OUT_D fields in OBIEE. How can we resolve this issue??
