Is it possible to inherit 14.1 rpm_clearance_reset via inject functionality in 14.0.3 without upgrad

Problem: I want to reset my clearances which are at store or wh level using injector batch . But with the level of customization we have we can't go for upgrade to higher version

but as 14.0.3 got limitation of resetting the clearance from injector , can I leverage the 14.1 functionality in 14.0.3 with minor customization?

any inputs are highly appreciated.
