Is it possible to get a list user sessions' login and logout times?

Hi,

I need to get a list user sessions' login and logout times as historical and also currently. Which user connected, which time logon and logout?
I looked at the v$session but it doesn't all and if the connection closed all information gone out.
Database version is 9.2.0.8 and it is not on audit mode.

Could you please help me is it possible?
or If it is not possible how can do that after this time?
