Is it possible to enter Chinese characters for a property in Oracle ATG Commerce Dyn/admin

Hi,

I am using Oracle web commerce 11.3.2, I am unable to enter Chinese characters directly in dyn/admin for a respective property which is getting turn into garbage characters please let me know how I can enter Chinese characters for a property in dyn/admin directly for the change to get reflected in the website immediately?
