Is it possible to download the file from UCM server and Insert its content into Database tables

We are having a requirement where we need to upload Bulk BI reports into database on a weekly basis.
I'm able to send the BI report into UCM file which is more than 10MB of size.
can I read the UCM File through ERP adapter and Insert the elements into Database table through OIC.
