Is it possible to create user role assignments in bulk, where the username and role details are stored in a CSV file, in apex

Hi,

I'm using version 23.2.4. I need to create user role assignments under shared components/application access control/user role assignments. However, with over 200 users to configure, it will be time-consuming. Is there an API available to assign roles to users, or are there any alternative methods?
