Is it possible to create a faceted search for a field of comma separeted values?

Lets assume I want to create a faceted search on the employees in a company. The might be facets for the departments, where the persons work for example, or for the age of the persons in predefined ranges and similar. And then I have fields in the database table like "Language Skills" (or "Hobbies" as an other example). In this field it is possible to have multiple entries like "English, Spanish" or "German, Russian, Spanish", divided by a defined separator which is created in some procedure with the listagg-function for example.

Is it possible with Oracle Apex to create a facet with all used languages and thus to find all persons, who speak this language? It should also be possible to define, what happens when more than one language is selected: Does it search for all persons who speak either Russian or French or will it find only those persons, who speak both, Russian and French. Or do you have suggestions how to get such a result without defining a radio group facet for every single language?
