Is it possible to convert the LONG RAW data in select statement

Hi,

I have a table having column data type as LONG RAW and wanted to convert it to string to display in report. My limitation is that, i can not create table and function and without that i am not getting idea to convert the LONG RAW and display in report. Is there any work around for it?
