Is it possible to change character set at the time of import?

Hi,

I am getting a problem at the time of import the dump file. It's throwing an error

IMP-00038: Could not convert to environment character set's handle

IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully

For this export dump file is created with AL32UTF8 character set where current database has WE8MSWIN1252 character set.

Can i map/convert the character set at the time of import? or is there any way to change character set to AL32UTF8  and revert back after import?

Please suggest because if i alter the system entire character set will change.
