Is it legal to use Jad Decompiler?

Is it legal to use Jad Decompiler in order to learn Java?
For examples, decompile my own classes or some Sun's classes in order to look inside. Not to distribute... What do you know about it?

Jad is:
// Decompiled by Jad v1.5.8f. Copyright 2001 Pavel Kouznetsov.
// Jad home page: http://www.kpdus.com/jad.html
// Decompiler options: packimports(3)
// Source File Name: Constants.java
