Is it legal to redistribute the JRE installer without my application?

Hi,

I want users to use the standard JRE online installer for JRE 5.0 but I don't want to have them wade through Sun's confusing webside to find the right file. As such, I would like to provide them with the 200k installer that they will download off my server. As you know, the online installer includes a clickthrough license at the beginning. Am I legally allowed to do this?
