is Grid Infrastructure free?

In my understanding, Oracle Grid Infrastructure is free to use in a cluster to manage both Oracle and non-Oracle applications, if we use Grid Infrastructure to manage at lease one licensed Oracle Database.

Hovewer, I am not able to find any official statement about Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11.2 licensing.

Am I right? Could you please give me link to metalink notes or oracle docs about 11.2 GI licensing ?
