Is BI Publisher Desktop(The add-in that's get embedded in MS WORD) free for production use? I am asking about this specific component not the whole suite that contains it.
Edited: I need to use it for designing my reports in MS WORD then exporting them as RTF files to use it for my Oracle Apex applications.
