Is anyone aware of how to setup HTTP Strict Transport Security on iPlanet?

Is anyone aware of how to set HTTP Strict Transport Security in iPlanet web server 7.0.22? Where should the syntax be placed, obj.conf or server.xml? How should it be formatted?

Possible Example: “Strict-Transport-Security: max-age=10886400; includeSubDomains; preload”
