Is ADF is Free to use?

Hi All,

I'm new to ADF .

I have started learning ADF from last month.

Now i curious to know can we use this ADF Framework(Develop,Deploy,Access).

lets have an example ,

I have created one Stock Maintenance Application in ADF with Oracle XE database.

I used ADF Business Component for business logic.

What are licence i need to buy and What are the licence client need to buy?
